The GYPSY was born in Topeka, Kansas in 1956. He is an Artist by trade and owns Skin Art Creations Tattoo Emporium of Independence, Kansas. One of only 27 people world wide certified as a Master Tattoo Artist by the Alliance of Professional Tattooists he also serves on the Kansas Board of Cosmetology as the representative for the Body Art industry in Kansas.

In October 1963 The GYPSY moved with his Mother and Sister into his Grandmothers home in Topeka, Kansas. The home was built in 1858 and has a long history of Paranormal activity. Shortly after moving into his Grandmothers home he had his first encounter and so was born his life long love of the strange, unusual and unexplained.

Over the years The GYPSY has had numerous Paranormal and Supernatural experiences. He has had close encounters with UFO's and several Sasquatch. He found himself, in 1979, being able to combine Cryptozoology with Zoology when he became a Zookeeper at Abilene Zoological Gardens in Abilene, Texas. After a brief stint in the U.S. Army The GYPSY returned to Zoo keeping becoming a Senior Keeper at El Paso Zoological Park in El Paso, Texas. The desert provided the perfect environment for his continued  Cryptozoology studies and also increased his research into Ufology.

The GYPSY is a "Sensitive" which gives him the ability to discern spirits. He also has the ability to "feel" the mood of spirits. This is a type of Clairvoyance and should not be confused with those that can communicate with spirits. The most interesting ability that The GYPSY has is "Presentiment", this is a form of Precognition where in future events are perceived emotionally. This ability has saved The GYPSY, his family and friends on several occasions.   

The GYPSY has won World wide recognition and numerous awards for his artwork as well as being involved in community affairs and civic organizations. The GYPSY is the first tattoo artist to ever run for a Political office campaigning for a City Council seat in Baxter Springs, Kansas and is now the Democratic Candidate for the District 12 Representative seat for the Kansas House.

The GYPSY has 2 Daughters, 4 Sons and 3 Granddaughters. He Married Debbie George on July 4th, 1998 whom he met online in 1997. Debbie is also a Founder of A.G.R. and one of the teams most valuable assets.

Debra Peck was born in Lancashire, England in 1957 and spent her early years in the Detroit, Michigan metro area. In 1977 Debbie joined the US Army and traveled overseas visiting Germany, Spain, Austria, Bavaria and Switzerland. Upon receiving her honorable discharge Debbie settled in the Dallas Metroplex area of Texas where she had family. In 1988, Debbie moved to Newport News, Virginia, then on to Fayetteville, North Carolina,  Norfolk, Virginia and then to Austin, Texas. In 1993 Debbie moved back to Dallas, Texas to be near family.

In November of 1997 Debbie found an online profile of The GYPSY and wrote to him. On New Years Eve of 1997 Debbie and The GYPSY met in person for the first time and two weeks later Debbie moved to Kansas where she took over Management of Skin Art Creations. July 4th, 1998 Debbie married The GYPSY at Eagles Landing outside of Coronado's Camp, Texas. In October of 2001 Debbie and The GYPSY opened Spunky's Tavern of Baxter Springs, named after her Dog of 14 years who had passed away the previous October.

Debbie continued to manage the Tavern, until it was forced to close due to the illegal actions of the City Government aimed at the business.

Debbie is very involved in all aspects of Skin Art Creations including the website development. Debbie currently is going to school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and keeps active with numerous other projects including A.G.R. 

Debbie has always been fascinated with the paranormal and believes there is more than just what we can tangibly see and feel. She had her first encounter with a spirit a few years ago in Independence, Kansas. Then on Halloween night 2008 she explored Mount Hope Cemetery in Independence, Kansas with her husband The GYPSY where they encountered heavy Paranormal activity. This experience increased her already active interest in the Paranormal and Supernatural. Now as a founding member of A.G.R. she is looking forward to more journey's into the world of the unexplained.

Debbie has twin boys, 2 sons2 daughters and 3 Granddaughters.

Sheila Sharp: Liaison and Associate Member

Sheila was born in Landstuhl, Germany but now calls Bartlesville, Oklahoma home. She has always been interested in the paranormal. She remembers being at her Grandma's house with her cousins when they were little, looking for ghosts or anything scary. Her grandmother lived way out in the country with no neighbors for miles. She never found anything, but she tried!

Sheila has had a lot of paranormal experiences in the past, and still does. Sheila lives in a very active house, so things happen on a daily basis. It doesn't scare her when a door closes by itself, or she hears someone talking or walking through the house when there is no one else there, or even when she see's a shadow person. Sheila is use to it! She often sees the spirits who are there and it doesn't bother her one bit!

Sheila became involved with paranormal investigations about 4 years ago, and became a member of  A.G.R. 2 years ago. She is in it for the scientific aspect, and to try and help their clients with any haunting's they think they might have.

Sheila does not claim to be psychic, but she does have the ability to sense things, hear things, and see things; those things that most other people can't.

Sheila acts as Liaison between the A.G.R. Team and the S.P.I.E.S. Team. As Case Manager for S.P.I.E.S. her insight, knowledge and professionalism make her a valuable Associate Member of A.G.R. We look forward to lots more investigations with her and S.P.I.E.S.!

Spencer Burt: Investigator In Training

A self described "Skeptic" Spencer adds a valuable element to the team. Never willing to take anything on face value Spencer dissects every piece of evidence to it's basest form. Originally from Austin, Texas Spencer, along with his twin brother and fellow Team Member Nick, now calls Independence, Kansas home. Spencer is the son of Debbie George and The GYPSY.

Spencer believes that most of the paranormal activities that we see or feel are created through a combination of small phenomenon and the desire to collect any and all paranormal evidence; He believes that "Most of what we think, feel, or see relating to paranormal activity are simply products of our vast imagination". He feels, that only through extensive testing, rewinding, and final analysis can each "activity" be classified as real or fake.

Nick Burt: Investigator In Training

Nick Burt was born in North Carolina but has spent most of his life located in Austin, Texas. In the winter of 2009, Nick relocated, with his twin brother Spencer, to Independence Kansas and joined S.K.I.P.S. almost immediately. Nick has an enthusiastic interest in all things paranormal. He has already contributed to investigations by paying close attention to details and monitoring equipment. He has photo editing experience which will be a great asset to the team on future investigations.

Nick's first paranormal experience happened when he was 11, when his bed lifted off the ground and shook violently. As well as hearing an eerie voice of a woman while on the phone with his friend. He believes that because him and his friend became curious with the Wiccan practice that these experiences occurred. Once Nick stopped pursuing the Wicca practice, these events immediately stopped. This has led Nick to ask the question; Why do these things happen?
